Utah Fertility Center’s Pleasant Grove location is seeking a full-time Billing Manager to join our growing team! This is an opportunity to work in the innovative and exciting field of infertility care and be a part of an extraordinary and committed staff.

This position includes but is not limited to the following responsibilities:

• Manage a team of billing specialists, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
• Implement billing procedures to streamline the billing process and ensure timely submission of claims.
• Review and verify insurance claims for accuracy and completeness before submission to insurance companies.
• Ensure that all medical procedures and services are accurately coded according to established coding guidelines to facilitate proper billing.
• Investigate and resolve claim denials and rejections promptly by identifying the root causes and implementing solutions to prevent recurrence.
• Stay updated on changes in healthcare regulations, insurance policies, and billing guidelines to ensure compliance with legal and contractual requirements.
• Address billing inquiries and concerns from patients, providing clear explanations of charges, insurance coverage, and payment options.
• Collaborate with billing software vendors, clearinghouses, and other third-party service providers to resolve technical issues and optimize billing system functionality.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in billing operations, implementing best practices and workflow enhancements as needed.
